My Outfit

I'm not taking pictures of myself, because I'm at work and because I'm too fat for the camera, but I can sort of show you what I'm wearing today:

This shirt (mine is the deeply-discounted version, which has a more subtle checked pattern) never, ever wrinkles and is light enough that it's never too hot to wear it. I have it on over a light blue tank.

This skirt (mine's brown) is from Title 9, and I love it with all my heart.

And making their Spring 2006 debut, the best shoes in the world . . .

My legs are shaved and my toes are painted pink.

That is all.

This skirt is one of the greatest things I have ever owned. It fits no matter what I weigh, and it has a little secret pocket at the hem that will hold some cash or a key. It rocks. :-)

Time for new running shoes, woman! Running marathons may give you black toenails, but running a few miles shouldn't ruin a pedicure.

Going by your picture in grade school I kinda pictured you being more, oh, I dunno, Caucasian.

You didn't mention the pocket in your post--that makes it even better!!

Very cute. I just painted my nails pale pink too. But my legs are not ready for non-jean wear yet...

I *knew* someone was going to have to make the Caucasian Comment. :-)

That is a nice looking skirt. I skirt that fits no matter what your weight is priceless! My favourite most favourite skirt only fits if I leave the zip half way up... grrr.

Wow. Nice shirt. I like it.

Your toes are painted? Now that is effort.

One of the only concessions I make to being a girl is painting my toenails when the weather is nice. I don't bother in the winter, and I only paint my fingernails for dressing (way) up, but I like seeing my toes look pretty. And I like how annoyed my mother gets when I use silver or blue or orange polish. :-)
