Sryashta spins golden yarn inside which she weaves your fate. (If you are a good and kind person, she may just take matters into her own capable hands and improve it.)
She is the goddess of good fortune and serves as the household assistant of Mokosh, the Slavic earth goddess.
Sryashta is a variant of the Dolya/Nedolya myth.

A Changed Man
I know you feel like you're living under a drop cloth, Val, but this chilly rain is perfect for me. I've been snuggled up with A Changed Man for the last hour, and it has been bliss.
i've been in bed with Prep, but feeling guilty for letting the boys watch teletubbies, mr rogers, AND sesame street, and trying not to throw up. i keep telling myself I would feel better if it were sunny and warm, but frankly i think being pregnant just makes me feel awful no matter what.
