Sryashta spins golden yarn inside which she weaves your fate. (If you are a good and kind person, she may just take matters into her own capable hands and improve it.)
She is the goddess of good fortune and serves as the household assistant of Mokosh, the Slavic earth goddess.
Sryashta is a variant of the Dolya/Nedolya myth.

*********
I am thinking of having business cards made. And a website. And this is my tagline.
I would hire you. If I were insane enough to get myself in a position where I needed dissertation editing. But I wonder if the people who didn't get it would be insulted and pass you by. At least this way you'd only be working with people who have a sense of humor, and that might be a good thing.

INCONCEIVABLE!!
Love it!
Yes! I'll be writing a dissertation one of these years. I'm sure I'll be needing your help.
While I am one of the few PB non-fans in existence, I love it.
(unless you want to use "You killed my father. Prepare to die.")
Heh.
You funny.
Excellently good tagline. *sigh*. I love Inigo Montoya
I like it, but then again, I'm a highly warped individual.
