Sryashta spins golden yarn inside which she weaves your fate. (If you are a good and kind person, she may just take matters into her own capable hands and improve it.)
She is the goddess of good fortune and serves as the household assistant of Mokosh, the Slavic earth goddess.
Sryashta is a variant of the Dolya/Nedolya myth.

“Bad politicians are sent to Washington by good people who don't vote.” - William E. Simon
Go. VOTE.
I'll wait right here (arms crossed, foot tapping...)
My absentee ballot came in the mail last week. I get to vote for one of two people for the entire election. :-) Just one race and no measures to vote on. Of course, I'll be voting, but this has to be the smallest election I've come across. I think our actual election day is June 5th.

So I'm not allowed to say they have medication for that now? Damn.
Hah!
I heart state-wide vote by mail. Dropped 'er off at the library last week.
Vote for what? Or, rather, for whom? Going by the complete and utter lack of signage around here, I don't think we have an election today.
I voted, darling. And I helped people vote from dawn (7 am) to dusk (8 pm).
I would have, but there was no election in Virginia!
I am so picturing you giving the commanding stare and tapping your two.
